Great vacuum this sucks up family pet hair like zero other vacuum Ive actually owned. Amazing. I often go over the rugs following maids leave this Hoover still accumulates scads of puppy hair and dander. I finally did encounter the blocked suction lighting problem and after looking another logical place for the vac (of course) found that your hose is way too narrow and ridged within the inlet to a cannister (a design flaw within my humble opinion).
